[Dx-qsl] DXCC - Closing the Thread

I am closing my thread on the topic. From the exchanges I have read here 
and on the air comments, not one stated positively in favor of the 
change. Some sat on the fence while others walked around the new 
procedures with carefully worded rhetoric with no substance. No question 
in my mind, the League chose "unwisely" and we have to live with it. It 
too will pass, but not without a certain lack of respect for the 
changes, the DXCC program and those who voted for them.
