[Dx-qsl] Wanted

Rules shmules....How about CPDXCC?...Cell Phone DXCC...I could call the  
station I want/need to work and I/he could input data into his log and I  
mine....submit...and who would know?...works for me...I'll call Rodman and get  
Kim Jong nitwits number...and since he can submit stuff to the ARRL for a 
valid  op...as he controls the communications...he can approve such operation 
and make  up his own call.....I wont even need a remote anything...eccept 
cel phone  towers...
 
Glad the new rules came up...as I was about to spend lotsa money submitting 
 stuff to the ARRL for 5BDXCC..Honor Roll and other such crap...now ..why  
bother...I know what I worked...when I worked it and how I worked it...I'm 
not  giving them any more of my money.
 
ARRL has become a corrupt political regime...and doesn't care or ask what  
any of its members think...about anything..and bows to lobbyists and the  
money...when my next subscription runs out..I think I am done with  it ...

The second half of that rule makes it  clear that what you propose below
would be a violation.
