Why not bitch at Congress?  Much the same...when they feel a decision should 
be made, it will.  I had G3JKI/5A for over 10 years and it "appeared" after 
new documents were presented, don't know from where, whom, or why...but it 
changed the status.  It's not our call....this is NOT a democracy.  Sorry to 
say, it's not up for a vote.
