[Dx-qsl] WHY?

Maybe the callers can't copy his own call sent by the dx .... maybe his
code reader is one of poor
quality ... maybe the callers can't use what they have between his ears
... maybe the callers are using
a poor radio with poor receiver ... maybe nobody was saying anything if
the dx op was from USA ...
Take your pick.
