[Dx-qsl] Spanish mail taxes raising

Hello all,

Beginning the 1st of january of 2015 the mail cost is raising a 10% .

So the cost for a normalized letter to USA  will cost 1 euro . 14x9 cm. And
23,5x12 cm. and a weight of maximun 20 gramms. Last year the cost was 0,90
euros. For a not normalized letter, over sized or over 20 gramms the cost
will be 1,83 euros

The exchange for 1usd is 0,83 euros so be carefull with the sase , please
do not include envelopes oversized when tje qsl manager is in spanish
territory.
