Hi Nelson,
 
I did PayPal OQRS ( rw6hs at narod.ru ). I even worked T6T in RTTY.
I send Vasiliy an email with a snag-it of my PayPal Transaction.
One day later, I got an email from him that he will drop the Card
into the mail. I did this not the first time and it worked quite well.
So *NO* problems with a QSL Card from Vasiliy!

I worked T6T on RTTY and the manager is RW6HS direct with a Russian address.
Has anyone had success getting a card? Email to RW6HS was not answered. What
is the most reliable means of obtaining a QSL card, green stamps, IRCs, or
Russian stamps?
