I saw them when I agreed to their terms when I set up my account.  I'm sure that they're there somewhere.

Where are these "revised terms of service?" If they are as you say, I
need to pull all of my logs from eQSL.cc as I am not willing to allow
them to act as my "QSL Manager" even on a non-exclusive basis.
