[Dx-qsl] Remote station time-share for only $30/mo!

Actually Joe, when you sign up for eQSL, you agree as part of the terms of service that they can/will be your non-exclusive QSL manager.

It wasn't in the original TOS that I agreed to as WN3VAW, but when I went to set up my W3WN account, there it was.

I really wish N5UP and eQSL would quit screwing around and come to terms with the League on this and other related issues, but since they've been dancing that dance for almost 15 years, I doubt that anything is going to change in the near future.

eQSL already has an option to have a card printed and mailed. ARRL
*will not accept those "cards"* unless they are personally signed
by the DX Station. ARRL does not allow eQSL to act as an mass "QSL
Manager" - nor has eQSL ever claimed to be a "QSL Manager".

The real question is what would happen if N5UP claimed to be a QSL
Manager, changed the terms of use of eQSL to require users authorize
him/eQSL as their QSL manager, and the printed cards carried a mark
"N5UP/eQSL.cc QSL Manager." Would ARRL accept cards from a QSL
Manager (even if the would not accept the electronic or self-printed
confirmations)?
