[Dx-qsl] Anyone confirm A4RKU from 1999?

Al,

If you go to http://www.425dxn.org/dxspots/ you can download DX Spots 
for whole month of October 1999. Closest callsign was EA4RKU which was 
not spotted on 30. October.
