I am in the same boat. Worked him on 27 July 2013, sent my QSL on 5 Aug 2013
with IRC and SAE with no reply as yet.
This was for IOTA AS-136, a new IOTA credit for me, worked during the 2013
IOTA Contest.

I have no QSL but I did get the IOTA credit because I had a match with my
IOTA contest log to his. My IOTA credits show BY4AA/4 as:
AS-136 BY4AA/4 2013-07-27 15:47:00 All bands Contest accepted.
