[Dx-qsl] VK9LM/VK9DLX via OQRS

By any chance someone from the list was successfull applying for
the VK9LM / VK9DLX cards via OQRS? A local friend received the following
notes and found  no QSO data for his 20/15 m contacts.He does not work 
on 160.
