Last week was a ruff one for LOTW. System was bogged down, wait for ever to
upload via mail. Now this week seams to have gotten better.

I tried to log into ARRL Online DXCC to enter card data and this week that
site is very very slow to open.  I have been noticing Gmail takes for ever
to open and log in.

Some servers seams to be preoccupied for some reason.  Always seams to
happen this time of the year. Could even be my provider causing that issue.
Last couple of months accessing certain sites just seam to be taking a long
time to connect. Just seams to get worse slowly.

Cleaning out the CPU and do the normal house keeping on my own computer is
not the problem. This problem is external.
