[Dx-qsl] Fw: VU4K Andaman Islands

As always, anyone thinking they can do a better job is welcome to launch 
their own DXpedition.

I for one appreciate Krish's efforts. When he was in 8Q7 he was able to pull 
out my 100 watts and compromise antenna for a new one for me. If he can pull 
me out of the pile then everyone has a fair chance of getting in the log!
