It is probably way too late but if you have 10 stamped IRCs left I will take them.  If a larger purchase is required that may be doable as well.

I've got a large quantity of the current issue IRC, which expire 12/31/2017, and are correctly stamped, for sale

I've also got a small quantity of the same IRC, but NOT STAMPED at all (still valid, just missing the originating post office stamp, which is optional) for sale

$2.25 each shipped.
