[Dx-qsl] W1AW/x LOTW confirmations

I'm missing confirmation on about a third of my W1AW/x contacts.  Some 
are recent and haven't been uploaded yet, but I'm missing several from 
months ago.  Wisconsin, Florida and Michigan, for example.
