Rcvd: 7/18/14

Followed his instructions on QRZ. Notified him via email when my request was
mailed. Cerified mail in a standard business envelope, handwritten address
and no return address on the envelope. Inside was a smaller envelope
consisting of my QSL card, one IRC and a $10 green stamp.
