[Dx-qsl] W1AW/p QSL's via LoTW

I'm sorry to see you are having a similar problem that I am - a big bust
rate on RTTY. My W1AW/x RTTY bust rate is over 25%. During RTTY contests it
is closer to 1%.

I've tracked down some of these NILs - one was logged as 6KUM and another
as K6UUM. I record all of my MMTTY RTTY Qs, so I went back to review these
and others - in every case my call was sent correctly twice by the W1AW/x
station. Not sure what logger was being used, but obviously the calls were
being entered by hand, which can lead to typos.

The problem here is that ARRL/LotW will not allow these typos to be fixed.
I can easily do that with my LotW Qs if I want. Just submit a new Q with
the correct information.
