[Dx-qsl] missing KQ6MU contact confirmations

-- I worked KQ6MU in 2008 on 6 meters.  He was in Nevada at that time. 
    Immediately sent a card.  Got nothing back.  Have emailed him 3 
times between 2009, 2010 , 2011 and now again in July 2014.   The latter 
was rejected as an unknown or invalid address.  It is still my only 6 
meter Nevada contact, and I still need it.  Does anyone know where he 
really is, and what his address really is today?  QRZ.com seems to 
indicate he is back in California, down in his wrie-up.  But, up in the 
address, it says he is in Nevada.  The FCC data base says Nevada also.  
Does anybody know where in the world is Michael Green?
