[Dx-qsl] LoTW

Great advice Bob
I put ALL 100K qsos into LoTW at the beginning.
Every week I get a oldy but NOT moldy LoTW qso, and every once in a 
while, it fills a band/mode slot for some award or another.

I don't chase paper, but it's nice to know you have the qsl.
