*SPAIN: rate still 0,90!!! *Just read their rate chart dated 1/1/14 and 
it shows 0,90 rate. I assumed  a rate increase when they listed 2 x 0,92 
stamps in early January, but 0,92 does not pay any new rate step...strange.
On Jan. 1st, Norway increased from 15,00 kr to 16,00 I have updated 
units. If you have their forever stamp (Verden A) you're OK.
Jan 2nd, Argentina now $19,00 up from $16,00
January 1st: Denmark now 16,00 kr up from 14,50 kr
Greenland Jan 1st now 11,50 kr up from 10,50 kr
Faroe Islands: Jan 1st 16,00 kr up from 14,00 kr.
France: 1/1/14 now 0,98 up from 0,95. No problem as their forever stamp 
(monde) covers new rate.
Hungary is now 340 HUF up from 300 HUF
