[Dx-qsl] JH4TEW QSL?

I have been trying for some time to get QSLs from Kazu/JH4TEW for two old IOTA QSOs:

    15-Oct-2002    23:32  JH4TEW/5   15M     SSB  AS-076
    27-Nov-2002   02:10  JH4TEW/4   15M     SSB  AS-117

Over the years, QSLs have been sent via bureau and, more recently, direct. So far no response. 

Does anyone know an email address for Kazu, or can this message be relayed to him?
