Yep, it should be tough….but not impossible.  Who is going to Kingman Reef next and when?  Only one left I need for #1 Honor Roll.  How long should it remain on the list w/o an activation? 25 years? 50 years? 75 years? 100 years?  

What I’m hearing some folks say is “forever” regardless of the situation…sorry, that just doesn’t make sense.
