Joe, if you can, tell everyone who needs a QSL who carried out the
UH3E/UA9TF, I am willing to confirm the QSO.Turkoman very rare country.

Stan called me on 17 RTTY last night and I asked his email address as the
qrz page address does not seem to work. This is the email address we have
corresponded with: ua9tf at mail.ru

I was looking to confirmed my UH3E from 1991. Moral: never never give up on
a qsl!
