Not very wise on the part of the DXCC Desk at the time.
I would only hope that the request to the 5A was polite.
When I queried the 5A a few months back he verified that he had received
the request for the license but told me "there is no hurry". I agree but
one would think that he would want to have his operation approved as
quickly as possible. Patience is a virtue but not one of my best
qualities..... Take care Ron.
