Response from Argentine Bureau.

They say that P.O.Box 97 is OK, but sometimes they have had problems with
some shipments. Shipments who are not properly headed for the "Radio Club
Argentino" or just sent to "PO Box 97" may be rejected by the classifier.
A shipment has not written recipient can be rejected. This depends on the
judgment or willingness (or unwillingness) of the postal worker.
By the way, mailboxes here in Argentina costs about U.S. $ 100 a year.
They also said that since more than a year they don't sent to W3 because
they have not enough cards to make a shipment, but they sent last year to
W4.

I can tell you that neither the W3 nor the WA4 QSL Bureau are receiving
bureau cards from the Radio Club Argentino any more.   The only cards we
get from Argentina are from the Radio Club Quilmes, whose QSL manager is
LW3DG.
