A long shot: Does anyone know the whereabouts of UZ0KWA, worked 28th May 1992 when he was on Wrangel Island IOTA AS-027. Sent QSL in November 1992 to Andy N. Polikarpov, PO Box 225, 685030 Magadan, but didn't get any reply. QRZ.COM lists Andrej N. Polikarpov as UA3MOQ, but there is no E-mail address. Tnx any possible info. 73 Erkki OH2BF
