[Dx-qsl] Where's The Rhythm = End of Thread

The replies were interesting and some surprising. Please recognize that 
the focus was on Amateurs who are not using the_transmit/receive rhythm 
__technique_, constantly transmitting their callsign after the 
DXpedition operator acknowledges another station. No amount of effort on 
the part of the DXpedition, especially on CW,  is going to control that 
type of behavior which is the direct result of poor operating. There may 
be a certain degree of control by the DXpedition on phone through hard 
requests but it is like "teaching Hindu to a puppy".

I recall many (sunspot) decades ago when listening to a Dxpedition 
working JAs. A huge pile-up that went completely quiet when a specific 
JA was called. Like turning a light switch on/off. It was impressive. So 
it can be done.

The exchanges were healthy; but no easy solution. Thanks.
