Few weeks ago I received about same amount of cards from  operations of

The total countrys where my club mates received cards via bureau was 26!!

Thanks for Vlad for his fantastic activities in the last decade and have to 
goes our thanks for his friends whom doing handle his QSLs!

The BUREAU system (lucky for most of us) works fine!
