There was a very interesting presentation made at the Visalia Intl DX
Convention by Fred Carvalho - PY2XB. Until you see a presentation like this
you cannot appreciate all the hardships these guys went thru to put PT0S on
the air for us.

Neither have I, but I keep reading reports of others who have.

It appears that the QSLs are dribbling out, rather than being sent in a
large batch.
