[Dx-qsl] w3lpl hasnt made changes- apparently I do not know how to do it my end

I tried to follow the three simple instructions, and apparently cant.  
Going to SC Config/Special Callsigns, I filled out line one (top) with 
call W3LPL, and then filled in Tag List as "bad source" , then ticked 
the box  "check spotting station callsigns for badsource tags.    All 
tat info is setting there, but am still seeing W3LPL spots with the 
"heard in UT" etc. still coming up in SpotCollector.  Hmmm is it 
badsource or bad source?
