Ok Im stumped as to why I have 8 contacts with T2T from 3 separate date
operations: 1990 - 2001 and 2011, and not one card back.
7/21/1990 via unknown because I didnt note it down when converted from
paper to electronic logs
11/5/2001 thru 11/7/2001 via JA1HOW -- then in a note from someone to
try JA1DXA(JH7OHF)
11/10/2011 THRU 11/20/2011 FIRST VIA JA1HOW - and then got my own
envelope back for 2001 operation for non delivery. I sent an email at
the time, probably here, and to also to the guys running the 2013
operation (callsign T2GM announced, even when I looked up T2T) and they
apparently not the same people running it.
Its too bad that one expediton will pick up a call, used by a former
operation. It just confuses things.
But anyway, The callsign JA1HOW does not show up on qrz, ham call, or
even Google, along with a few other data bases. JA1DXA shows on qrz.com
as a member of T2T operation, but it doesnt say what date, so that may
mean any of the three. He has not replied to my emails. JH7OHF seems to
be the same person.
So, I appear to be left holding the bag. Can anyone tell me who they
actually got cards from, for any or all of these operatiions? And is
the info in some database still correct for the calls you got them from/
or the address from where your cards came? I have 4 missing bands, and
also the RTTY mode unconfirmed because of all this. A batch of new IRCs
in hand that I would like to use before they get outdated, and a very
poor outlook on T2T operations.
Thanks
