The address published is the address of TU  QSL Bureau (now closed).



The only interesting thing I found on that web site is the origin of "73".

Turns out that 73  and 88 are the subset of so called "Code 92" introduced 
in 1859  by Western Union.

I have also sent multiple requests and researched other avenues. I have never gotten a card. I finally focused on other TU operators and had some success. I won't even work TI2CI anymore.
