Anytime you have a club as a "manager", 99 out of 100 times you won't get 
any return (especially in a 3rd world situation).  I was scammed on YI1BGD 
when it first came up until one ham took the reigns, then QSL's began to 
flow.  Eastern Europe was riddled with this type of thing also.  I wish you 
well.  I thought that the op for TU2ZA was QSL'ing through his home TF call 
as I remember.
