[Dx-qsl] Why?

Nand,

My wife and I often face to the same situations as the QSL management team for NH0J, NH0Z, JI1FGX/DU9, and DW8BXU.
I usually look for their email addresses on QRZ.COM or something like this to let them know the fact.
Sometimes, they would resend the return postage and sometimes they would accept to receive the QSL via BURO.
If I could not find any email address to contact, I always reply them via BURO except DW8BXU's.
(DW8BXU is not a member of JARL BURO, and I can't use it.)

This is not an exceptional month.
I am on LoTW and eQSL.
