[Dx-qsl] Why?

I always make sure I give return postage. However, I do forget. Case in
point is last week when I send a direct request to the manager for 5X8C. I
was in such a hurry to get it in the mail that I forgot to compensate for
return postage so I'm certain it will come back via the bureau. So part of
it can be forgetfullness by old guys like me. Ha ha

I think some take advantage of human nature knowing that there is a strong
possibility that you will return them at your expense.
