[Dx-qsl] Why?

I have in the past looked to see if there is an e-mail address avail. and  
sent a note that the card was received w/out means to return the card to  
them...some send the funds...some say send it via the buro ..some no reply so 
I  send via the buro and once I had a reply that MFed and told me how cheap 
I was  etc...he didn't get any return..hehe...(and this was a stateside dolt 
that  wouldn't send an SASE...) Sometimes I even get postcards w/pse 
reply...those  also go to the buro...
