I received an email from Alan VK4AAR that he is not the manager for 
VK6YS/p from OC199, May 2012 (he remains the manager for the same 
station from OC164, Oct 2007). Anyone got a card from him and if yes 
which way?

Hello Kostas
today I received your QSL for VK6YS/p on OC-199, May 2012.
I am NOT the manager for that IOTA.
But I _*WAS*_ manager for VK6YS/p on OC-164, Rottnest Island, October 2007.
I have not been able to contact VK6YS for a few years and can not ask 
him for advice.
I can NOT send you a card for OC-199 because I have no cards or log.  Sorry.
