I don't know if this is the problem but QRZ.com states the country name is Italy, in fact this is not correct. The correct countryname is Republic of San Marino.
This is what the IK3QAR database returns for T77M:
Lino Conti, P.O.BOX 10, 47031 Dogana, REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO
My last QSL sent to this addres was sent in 2006 en replied without problems.
