It does seem rather fishy that some get their qsls and others never. The
pattern seems to be more the non-receivers.. Good qslers (managers) never
have this problem.. go ask about G3TXF, KU9C or N2OO or take a look at the
Qsl manager member association.. you hardly ever see anybody complaiining
about qsling these guys.. they take it very seriously.
