YZ currently has *no* country code.  The international prefix block
YZA-YZZ is not assigned by ITU.

If the QSO in question was made before July 2006, YZ was assigned to
Serbia YUA-TTZ, YZA-YZZ and the "country code" (ADIF number) would
be 296.
