[Dx-qsl] Time to/from EP

I am still waiting for a QSL reply from Mohsen EP3SMH but I was able to track my registered letter using this Web site:

and saw that it took 12 days for my QSL card to be delivered to EP3SMH.  Write to me privately if you need more information.

Anyone have an estimate of the response time for a piece of mail sent 
registered, return receipt requested? Not the card, just the receipt?
