While I agree with you in principle Dave, maybe what someone needs to do is sit down (physically or electronically) with Moshen and discuss the matter with him.
 
There may be some reason we are all unaware of that is behind his declining to accept the help of a QSL manager, and perhaps talking directly with him can address that issue.
 
Otherwise, all is pure speculation.
