Just put  Reunion, France (plus the French ZIP code) the via France or you can even leave that Via France off if you want.  The French postal system will route it to the island, just takes a little while longer that way.  Supposedly if you put "Reunion Island" as the last line it goes through the Senegal postal system rather than French system (thanks to the USPS) and the chance of it getting rifled of any IRCs or $$ are much, much greater.
