[Dx-qsl] More Needed QSLs

I wish I could remember the call sign of a personal friend of his in FL.  I 
had complained and he got an FR0FLO, now FR5DX, QSL for one $. 
Unfortunately this guy is SK I think at this point.  Back in the 80's I was 
told to try and work another one before I came across this "friend" of his. 
A MUCH better chance of a QSL showing up.  IK3QSR.it QSL website has a 
couple of negative comments on it also.  This was a tough one.
