Many updates since the first of the year.
Still in need of many more. Some data is older than my underwear.....
In fact some of you may not even been born that last time I received 
data from Kuwait!

many other DXers will appreciate it.
If you check and see that nothing has changed in your home country, 
please tell me that also.
I will update the 'Date' column. This give the qsl senders confidence 
that he will be successful.

If you are using a Online QSL system , please let me know.
If there is enough interest I will add a page listing the stations 
offering OQRS and the website to use.
