[Dx-qsl] Italian postage raise

Thanks Andy & Gianni,

Italy's new rates were posted here when they were first announced on Italy's official postal site. So hopefully, some saw them and sent enough for a return QSL. Italy first raised their rates dramatically when Germany reduced theirs. But they still aren't the world's highest. Paraguay requires $4 for everyone outside of SA and Papua New Guinea needs $5 for Europe and the US. Thank goodness for the yearly DXpeditions by the fine ops from the UK and Sweden. And believe it or not, some can still return a card for less than $1.

HI Folks,
Just to inform DXers and Chasers of the new postal rate in force since 01.Jan.2013 in Italy.
Within Italy the rate goes from 0.60 to 0.70 Cents, within Europe, from 0.75 to 0.85 Cents.
