DXCC NEWS. Bill Moore, NC1L, ARRL Awards Branch Manager, is now accepting
the following operations for DXCC credit:
    4S7DXG - Sri Lanka; Only operations in 2008 and 2011
    8Q7VR - Maldives; Only operations in 2008 and 2011

Can't find reference to this anywhere on the ARRL website as of 9:50am CDT,
but...........

Has anyone had luck getting a card from 4S7DXG (aka UR9IDX) for his 2011
operation?
