Not at all Joe. I sent OQRS May 27 2012 following their instructions.
After a long time waiting, sent them an E-mail to find out that they
lost my PayPal donationn ... Sent again ID number date etc and they
said sorry for the delay your qsl will be on the way but nothing received
yet. They also make mistakes ...
