[Dx-qsl] IRC Redemptions -- How To

Rex,

As you know as a QSL manager, it's not a for profit operation.   I don't try to make money, and in fact I lose a bunch every year.  It's just part of the business.   I sell my IRCS to help with the QSL expenses.   I help some of my stations with organizing equipment to make their stations even more functional, new bands, new modes, etc.   I also donate a large part of it to a foundation that support the bigger DXpeditions.   I end up getting about $1.10 or so per IRC.     And while I rarely operate due to business commitments, I know that folks benefit from what I do.

Trust me, I sleep very well at night.   This is my last post on this subject.   If folks need IRCS, they know I have them, and they know my price.

Happy New Year folks!

Whatever allows a person to sleep at night. My prices will never be that high.

With Iceland Post showing new for $2.55 +/- exchange rate, it looks
like the "recycled" prices are a bit high considering they are only
worth $1.10 when redeemed in the US.
