1. read Vlad's qrz.com instructions (requests min of USD$3 for postage). 2. 
To use PayPal log on to your account.
if u dont have account follow PayPal instructions.
3. send paypal payment for postage/donation to Vlad's e-mail address 
ua4whx at udm.ru. In comments box include QSO info
(dont forget to include your own call) and mailing address you want QSL sent 
to.  My PayPal confirmation went to
Svezhy Veter Travel Agency and also to his ua4whx at udm.ru address. I followed 
up by forwarding my PayPal
confirmation to Vlad's email address to make sure he got it. He did...Good 
luck!
